Damaged deliveries should not be signed for and packaging must be kept for inspection by the delivery company or they will not accept any claim and no refund will be made.
Lost items can only be claimed after 15 days have elapsed from the date of posting. It can take up to 90 days for Royal Mail to process such claims. |

Delivery costs will only be refunded should items be faulty or incorrect. Cancelled orders can only be accepted up to 12 hours after ordering. Beyond this time a 5% charge will apply.
